TECHNOLOGY

We use state-of-the-art equipment to produce metal fabrication at a low cost.

  • Technology – We are proud to be the only shop in Western Wisconsin that is equipped with coil line and integrated with a folding notching machine and plasma cutting. We also have state-of-the-art machinery that roll forms the TDC connector systems directly onto the sheets.  This translates to reduced costs and less air leakage, which are significant advantages over a Ductmate system.
  • Warehouse – Our in-house and secure warehouse holds a 30-day inventory of common items on hand, reducing up to 60% of costly trips to suppliers.
  • Shop – Master Metals has a modernized shop. We have some of the most state-of-the-art equipment in the industry. We are able to make fittings and specialty items at a more efficient pace; therefore, costs are lower for the customer.  Our well-trained welders are capable of welding black iron, stainless steel, and aluminum.

  • Green – We are green by using machinery and processes that reduce waste by a minimum of 15%.  We also recycle.
  • Energy Efficient – We are energy efficient as audited by the Focus on Energy Corporation.
  • Better Products Faster – For our customers, we are able to produce a better product faster than our competitors, thus offsetting the hourly production costs.
